SECTION 13

The cooperative may, after addressing a written notice to the member, terminate the membership of the latter when: a) the member is a legal entity who is the subject ofassets liquidation proceedings; b) thememberhas not done any business with the cooperative for two consecutive years; c) The member, through acts and behavior, either inside or outside the cooperative, fails to fulfill his contractual obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Uniform Act and the Articles of Association, notably the obligations of trustworthiness and loyalty to the cooperative and thus causing prejudice to the interests thereof.
