SECTION 14

Termination of membership shall be decided by a duly reasoned special resolution of the general meeting. The terminationmay be also decided, as the case may be, by the management committee or the board of directors. In this case, the termination shall be final only when it is confirmed by a duly reasoned special resolution passed in the ordinary general meeting. Withinten days from the date on which the special resolution of the general meeting deciding or confirming the termination is passed, the cooperative must give a written termination notice to the memberand the reasons thereof. The effective date of the termination shall be the date specified in the written notice, but no later than thirty days from the receipt thereof. Only a special resolution of members passed by the general meeting may reinstate the member back into the cooperative. P. 16 of 110 Paragraph 2: Right of the Member to Appeal
