One or several members may file derivative lawsuits after a formal notice of the competent
bodies remains unanswered within a time limit of thirty days. Petitioners shall be entitled to
pursue the suit for damages due to losses suffered by the cooperative. In the event of conviction,
damages shall be awarded to the cooperative.
