Cooperatives with a board of directors are required to appoint at least one auditor when they
meet the following conditions:
- the number of members exceeds one thousand;
- the turnover exceeds one hundred million;
- The total turnover exceeds five millions.
The auditor shall be appointed by the general meeting for three years.
