Cooperatives, their unions, federations, confederations or networks subject to the provisions of
this Uniform Act may create, within their institutions,organs of arbitration, conciliation and
mediation in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Act on Arbitration and the
International Law on Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation.
