Any deliberation of the members shall be recorded in minutes stating the date and venue of the
meeting, full names of members present or represented, the agenda, the documents and reports
submitted for discussion, a summary of discussions, the text of the resolutions voted on and the
outcome of the votes.
The minutes shall be signed under the conditions set forth in this Uniform Act for each form of
cooperatives.
