A copy of the last balance sheet, certified true by the company legal representative shall be
published in the annex to the notice referred to in article 833 above. If the last balance sheet has
already been published in newspapers authorizedto publish legal notices, a copy of that balance
sheet may be replaced by providing the reference of the previous publication. If no balance sheet
has yet been established, the notice shall state it.
