Deliberations conducted in the absenceof the regular appointment of a main auditors or based on
the report of mainauditorsappointed or who remained in office contrary to the provisions of
articles694toabove 700shall be null.
The action for invalidityshall lapse wheresuch deliberations are expressly confirmed by a general
meeting, based on the report of auditors duly appointed.
