The issuance of suchsecurities is prohibited for companies other than those referred to in the first
paragraph of this article.They are also prohibited to guarantee an issuance of negotiable
securities. All contractsentered into, securities issued or guarantees granted in violation of the
provisions of this paragraph shall be null.
