SECTION 472

The board of directors shall set, in agreement with the chief executive officer, the scope of powers conferred to the deputy chief executive officer. In his dealings with third parties, the deputy chief executive officershall have the same powers as those of the chief executive officer. He shall boundthe company by his actions, including those which do not within thecompany purpose under the terms and limits set forth in article 122 above. The provisions of the articles of association, decisions of the board of directors or of the general meetings limiting the powers of the deputy chief executive officershall not be enforceable againstbona fide third parties.
