In cases of refusal to approve heirs and successors, or withdrawal of a partner, the value of the
partnership interests to be refunded to those concerned shall be set in accordance with the
provisions of article 59 above.
In the cases contemplated in the foregoing paragraph where partners must redeempartnership
interests, the partners shall be held jointly and severally liable for the payment of such interests.
