SECTION 849

Companies whose shares are listed on the stock exchange of one or more State Parties shall, within a period of four months following the end of the first half of the fiscal year, publish in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices of the State Parties a table of trading operations and the profit and loss situation as well as a semester report of its trading operations accompanied by an attestation from the auditor on the authenticity of the information provided.
