The circulars informing the public about the issue of bonds shall reproduce the information in
the prospectus referred to in Article 842 of the Uniform Act, indicating the issue price and
containing a statement about the publication of the said prospectus in a newspaper empowered
to publish legal notices, with reference to the number of the newspapers in which the prospectus
was published.
The posters and notices in newspapers shall reproduce the same information or at least an extract
from the said information with reference to the prospectus and an indication of the numbers of
the newspapers in which it was published.
