SECTION 848

Companies whose shares are listed on the stock exchange shall publish in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices within a period of forty-five days following the approval of the summary financial statements by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders the following documents: 1°) the approved summary financial statements, containing the certificate of the auditors; 2°) the decision on the allocation of income; 3°) the consolidated summary financial statements containing the attestation of the auditors. However, where these are exactly identical to those published in pursuance of Article 765 of this Uniform Act, only one notice making reference to the first publication and bearing the attestation of the auditor shall be published in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices.
