SECTION 847

The companies whose shares are listed on the stock exchange shall publish in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices within a period of four months from the close of the fiscal year and no later than fifteen days before the date of the annual general meeting of shareholders, under a heading clearly showing that the publication concerns drafts not verified by the auditors: 1°) the summary financial statements (balance-sheet, profit and loss account, table of income and expenditure and annexed statement); 2°) the proposed allocation of income; 3°) for companies with subsidiaries or holdings, the consolidated summary financial statements, if available.
