SECTION 840

An increase of capital shall be deemed to have been carried out where one or more credit establishments, within the meaning of the law regulating banking activities, irrevocably guarantee its successful end. Payment of the paid-up fraction of the nominal value and of the totality of the issue premiums shall take place no later than the thirty-fifth day following the expiry of the time limit for subscription.
