A copy of the last balance-sheet, certified true by the legal representative of the company, shall
be published in the annex to the prospectus referred to in Article 833 of this Uniform Act. Where
the last balance-sheet has been published in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices, a
copy of the said balance-sheet may be replaced with an indication of the reference to the previous
publication. Where a balance-sheet has not yet been drawn up, the prospectus shall so state.
