SECTION 831

Before the meeting of shareholders, companies making public call for capital in order to sell their shares or companies whose shares are registered in one or more State Parties shall be required to publish in newspapers empowered to publish legal notices of the State Party of the registered office and, where necessary, of the other State Parties where a public call for capital issue is made, a notice containing the following: 1°) the company name followed, where necessary, by the acronym of the company; 2°) the form of the company; 3°) the amount of its capital; 4°) the address of its registered office; 5°) the agenda of the meeting; 6°) the text of the draft resolutions which shall be presented to the assembly by the board of directors; 7°) the place where the shares shall be deposited; 8°) except where the company sends out to shareholders a form for voting by correspondence, the places and conditions under which the said forms may be obtained.
