The agenda shall be drawn up by the convenor. However, one or more bondholders representing
at least one-thirtieth of the company’s bonds shall have the option of requesting that draft
resolutions be included on the agenda.
The draft resolutions shall be included on the agenda and submitted to the meeting by the
chairperson for approval.
The meeting may not deliberate on any matter which is not included on the agenda.
On the second invitation, the agenda may not be amended.
