Within a period of six months from the opening of subscription, the result of the subscription
shall be recorded in a notarial deed at the instance of the legal representative of the company.
Within a period of thirty days from the date of preparation of the deed, the results of the
subscription shall be entered on the margin of the security.
Where the issue of bonds is not realized because there is little or no subscription, registration
shall be cancelled.
