The convening notice to the meeting shall contain particulars in respect of the following:
1°) particulars as to the loan subscribed to by the bondholders for which the group is convened;
2°) the full names and address of the person who took the initiative to convene the meeting and
the capacity in which he is acting;
3°) where necessary, the date of the court decision appointing the receiver responsible for
convening the meeting.
