SECTION 797

The convening of the meeting of bondholders shall be done under the same conditions of form and time limit as for shareholders’ meetings. The same shall apply for communicating to bondholders the draft resolutions to be proposed and the reports to be presented at the meeting. Paragraph 2 Compulsory particulars
