Where the alternate auditor is called upon to perform the duties of the substantive auditor, a new
alternate shall be appointed during the next ordinary general meeting. The mandate of the
alternate so appointed shall automatically expire when the cause of the disability of the
substantive auditor ceases and he resumes duty.
