The action for recusal or for the dismissal of the auditor shall be brought before the president of
the competent court who shall give a summary judgment.
The writ of summons shall be issued against the auditor and the company.
The action for recusal shall be filed within 30 days from the date of the general meeting which
appointed the auditor.
