The proposed division shall not be submitted to the meetings of shareholders of the companies
to which the property has been transferred. However, the meeting of debenture holders may
authorize the representatives of the general body of the debenture holders to oppose the division,
under the conditions and the effects laid down in Article 681 of this Uniform Act.
