Where all the members are managers or where a member is appointed manager by the Articles
of Association, the removal of one of them shall only be by unanimous decision of the other
members.
The removal shall lead to the dissolution of the company, unless its continuation in business is
provided for in the Articles of Association or the decision of the other members was not
unanimous.
