The chairperson of the board of directors, the chairperson and managing director or the managing
director, as the case may be, shall reply by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered
letter with a request for acknowledgement of receipt, within one month after receiving the
auditor’s request. In his reply he shall give an analysis of the situation and specify, where
necessary, the measures envisaged.
