SECTION 152

Where there is a failure to comply with Article 151 above, or where, in spite of the decisions taken, the auditor establishes that the continued operation of the company is still in jeopardy, he shall prepare a special report on the situation. He may request, by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered letter with a request for acknowledgement of receipt, that such special report be circulated to members, or that it be tabled at the next general meeting. In such case, the manager shall circulate the said special report within eight days from the date of receipt of the auditor’s request. Section 2 Public limited companies
