Except otherwise provided by the Articles of Association, joint owners of shares or stocks shall
be represented by a single authorized person chosen from among the joint owners. Where there
is disagreement, a proxy shall on the application of the more diligent joint owner be appointed
by the competent court within whose jurisdiction the registered office is located.
