On the maturity date and where the secured debt is fully paid, the said funds shall be paid back
to the settlor.
Where the debtor fails to pay and eight days after due notice shall have been served on the settlor,
the creditor may have the funds transferred to him within the limit of the amount of the unpaid
secured debt.
