SECTION 86

All sums of money paid to the assignee in respect of an assigned debt shall be charged on the secured debt when it matures. Any surplus shall be paid back to the assignor. Any clause to the contrary shall be disregarded. Subsection 2 Fiduciary Transfer of Money
