SECTION 58

The registration of the general privileges of the Treasury, the Department of Customs and Excise and of the Social Security Institutions shall preserve the right of the creditor for three years as from the date of entry. As for the other transferable securities subject to publicity, the parties may in the deed establishing the said security agree on the validity period of registration in the Trade and Personal Property Right Register not exceeding ten years. Where the registration is not renewed before the expiration date, it shall no longer be valid and shall of right be struck off by the registrar or by the competent officer in the State Party. Registration guarantees in the same rank as the principal debt, two years of interest.
