Where the application for diversion concerns the whole property, the proceedings shall be discontinued. Where the diversion applied for concerns only part of the attached property, the proceedings for the adjudication of the rest of the property may be continued. The competent court may also, order the suspension of the proceedings in relation to all the property upon the application of the interested parties. In the case of partial diversion, the pursuing creditor may be allowed to change the reserve price that was mentioned in the terms of reference.
