SECTION 281

However, the auction sale may be adjourned for serious and legitimate causes by a reasoned decision of the court following an application which shall be filed not later than five (5) days before the date fixed for the sale. In case of an adjournment, the decision of the court shall fix a new date for the auction sale which may not be more than sixty (60) days from the date of the court session. The pursuing creditor shall proceed with the formalities of publication de novo. The decision of the court shall not be subject to appeal, except where the competent court has disregarded the time limit provided for in the preceding paragraph. In such case, an appeal shall lie in accordance with the conditions provided for by article 301 below.
