SECTION 238

The attachment shall, within a period of eight days and under pain of forfeiture, be disclosed to the debtor by service of the writ, which shall under pain of nullity contain; (1) a copy of the attachment report; (2) a statement in bold characters that objections shall, under pain of inadmissibility, be raised within a period of one month following the service of the writ; The statement shall also mention the expiry date of the period in question. (3) an indication of the competent court, which shall be that of the place of the residence of the debtor; (4) a statement in bold characters that the debtor has a period of one month to carry out a private sale of the attached securities under the conditions provided for in Article s 115 to 119 above; (5) a reproduction of Article s 115 to 119 above.
