The content of the personal property of the spouse of the debtor declared in a situation of
reorganization or assets liquidation shall be established by the debtor in accordance with the rules
of his matrimonial regime.
The body of creditors could request that purchases so made be added to the assets of the debtor by
exhibiting all evidence by all means that the property acquired by the spouse of the debtor was
purchased with assets provided by the latter.
Property recovered in pursuance of these rules shall be claimed by the spouse concerned only
from debts and securities they are encumbered therewith.
