The spouse of the debtor, who at the time of the celebration of their marriage within a year of the
celebration or the following year, performed some professional independent, civil, commercial,
handicraft or agricultural activity, shall not exercise any action in relation with benefits granted
by one spouse to the other in the marriage contract or during the marriage in bankruptcy
proceedings. Creditors shall not avail themselves of the benefits made by one spouse to the other.
