SECTION 89

Claims disputed or admitted provisionally shall be transferred to the competent court dealing with bankruptcy proceedings, by the court registrar, at the first hearing, to be adjudicated, based on the report of the receiver, where the matter falls within the competence of the said court. The court registrar shall notify the parties of the transfer by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by any means in writing at least eight (8) days before the court session. Where the competent court cannot decide on the merits of the claims before the close of the bankruptcy proceedings, the creditor shall be accepted provisionally. The court registrar shall notify the parties, within three (3) days, by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by any means in writing, of the decision taken by the competent court in their respect. It shall also mention the decision of the competent court on the statement of claims.
