The filing of the claims to the Public Treasury, customs services and social insurance agencies
shall always be made subject to claims which have not yet been established and individual redress
or reimbursement.
Claims shall be accepted provisionally where they are the result of an automatic taxation or
redress, even where they are disputed by the debtor under the conditions set forth in article 85
hereinafter.
