SECTION 61

Books and accounting documents shall be extracted from the seals and delivered to the trustee by the receiver after checking them out and noting in brief minutes the state in which he found them. Bills held in the portfolio with short maturity or that may be accepted or for which safeguarding acts have to be performed shall also be extracted from the seals by the receiver, who inventories and delivers them to the trustee for collection.
