The trustee shall verify that the statements and publicity provided for in articles 36 and 37 above
have been completed.
Failing this, he shall be responsible for completing these formalities at the earliest convenience.
Furthermore, it is mandatory to publish the decision to open the reorganization of assets
liquidation proceedings in accordance with the provisions organizing land registration if the
debtor also owns immovable property.
