Court fees for proceedings instituted by the trustee on behalf of the creditors shall be borne by the
body of creditors, in case of discharge and, in case of conviction, by the Public Treasury unless
the latter files suit against the debtor under the conditions set forth in paragraph 2 of Article 237
above.
