SECTION 208

Every rehabilitation request shall be addressed, together with receipts and supporting documents, to the president of the competent court that declared the personal bankruptcy. The latter shall forward the request and all supporting documents to the public prosecutor serving in the area where the applicant resides. The president of the competent court and the public prosecutor shall collect all possible and useful information to confirm the accuracy of the facts in interest. The trustee shall receive the same documents and shall embark on the same mission, ordered by the public prosecutor, with the obligation to submita report within thirty (30) days effective on the date the matter was referred to him.
