Where the rehabilitation request is rejected, it may be renewed only after one (1) year from the
moment the decision was rejected.
Where it is admitted, the decision shall be entered in the Register of Commerce and Securities.
The debtor may, where possible, notify the rehabilitationdecision to the legal representative of his
professional order and have it published in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices in the
State party concerned.
