Independently of information provided in the criminal record, decisions pronouncing personal
bankruptcy shall be entered in the Register of Commerce and Securities.
With regards totop executivesof non-commercial legal entities, such decisions shall be entered in
the Registry as well as on the margin of the entry stating the reorganization or assets liquidation.
Such decisionsshall, furthermore, be published by the court registrar in the newspaper empowered
to publish legal noticeswithinthejurisdiction of the court that gave the ruling under the conditions
set forth in articles 36 and 37 above.
