The trustee shall prepare a report on his mission to the receiver.
The receiver shall approve the report; the receiver and the trustee’s mandates shall end at that
moment, unless otherwise stipulated in the last paragraph of Article 132 above that provides for
the maintenance of the assignment of assets.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall rule within thirty (30) days from the date of its
filing.
