All debts arising naturally, after the decision to open the proceedings, out of the continuation of
the business activities and from any regular activity of the debtor or the trustee shall be
receivables of the body of creditors, with the exception of claims from the operations of the
leasing business contract byt he lessee-manager, which shall be borne exclusively by him without
joint and several liability with the owner of the business.
