In the absence of discussion or dispute or the time limit provided for in Article 85 above or
where there is discussion or dispute, following the expiry of the time limit provided for in Article
78 above, the Bankruptcy Trustee shall prepare a list of claims containing his proposals for the
final or provisional admission or rejection wherein he shall specify those which are unsecured
and those which are secured specifying the nature of each security.
A creditor whose security is only disputed shall be accepted temporarily as an unsecured creditor.
The list of claims shall be deposited at the court registry after verification and signature by the
Judge Administrator who shall indicate against each claim: the amount and the final or
provisional nature of its acceptance; an indication as to whether it is unsecured or guaranteed
by a security the nature of which shall be specified; it shall also state if proceedings are on or
whether or not the dispute is within his competence.
The Judge Administrator may reject a debt or claim in whole or in part or declare himself
incompetent only after hearing or duly summoning the creditor or claimant, the debtor and the
Bankruptcy Trustee by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by any other means
with written proof thereof.
