SECTION 80

The creditor shall hand over to the Bankruptcy Trustee, directly or by registered mail a declaration showing the amount of the overdue debt on the date of the decision to open proceedings, the sums accruing and the dates of their maturity. The declaration shall specify the nature of the security eventually given for the debt. The creditor shall, in addition, furnish all information likely to establish the existence and the amount of those claims which are not based on a legal title, evaluate any claim which is not liquid and where the dispute is in court, the court hearing it. The documents which can be produced to justify the claim shall be attached to the declaration. A receipt acknowledging receipt of the documents shall be issued to the creditor by the Bankruptcy Trustee.
