The Bankruptcy Trustee and all those who take part in the running of any collective proceedings
shall be forbidden from personally acquiring, either directly or indirectly, by private sale or sale
by court order, all or any part of the movable or immovable assets of the debtor who is subject
to preventive settlement, receivership or liquidation proceedings.
